Introduction The present study aim to analyse the influence of quality of life of individual living with disability for long term. Disability is not just a health issue or a different attitude of people, but is mainly defined as the issues individual experience in their interaction with society and physical movements. The study is based on Cerebral palsy, it is a group of permanent movement disorders which appear in early childhood. Signs and symptoms are relay upon individual and over time. This is a major disability which has a wider influence over the living of individual.

Results and Findings The study into consideration is based on analysing the impact of quality of life of people living with disability for long term. Thus disability is a major issue which has direct influence over the living of people. This study mainly based on determining the quality of life of individual who are facing the issue of disability. From the detailed analysis of the project it has been discussed thatCerebral palsy is a major mental disorder which is mainly seen from the earlier childhood of an individual, thus this affects the living of individual, their family and society too.
Conclusion From the in-depth analysis of the project it has been concluded that disabilityhadaffectedsocialparticipationaswellassocial interaction,marriageofthepatientsandtheirstandardliving. However, it was found that very few of them are aware about facilities provided under persons with disability act. It is essential for each individual to had appropriate knowledge in regards to the area of disability to handling them in proper manner.
Recommendations From the in-depth evaluation of the project it has been recommended that people with the disability ofCerebral palsy, requires long term treatment and it is being suggested that, it is important for the family member to provide proper treatment to the patients in respect to developing their health condition. The people with disability should betreatedin propermanneras physical exercises and special education should be provided to the individual's who are suffering from the issue of Cerebral palsy.
