Research objective
 To identify the influence of culture diversity in performance of employees.
 To analyse different ways and approaches for managing diversity culture at workplace.
 To evaluate various ways for developing positive behaviour of employees regarding equality
and diversity culture.
Two: Reasons for choosing this research project
This research is on my interest area topic i.e. cultural diversity at workplace which
provide assistance to me in more depth understanding of respective topic. In addition
to this, in future also I will be able to conduct research on this topic in effective
manner.
