market. As due to competitive business environment, corporation designs several strategies and
tactics so as it can compete with rivals. In this manner, employees are one of the major resource
through which firm can enhance its outcome and compete with rivals. Personnel is one of the
major source by which organisation can carry out their business activities and attain its
determined objective within the time. In the absence of human resource, corporation unable to
achieve its target on time and improve quality of work. With help of high skilled employees,
company can delivers excellent customer services and earn maximum profitability. Thus, it is
very important for corporation to motivate its workforce and maintain them in effective and
efficient manner. Employees motivation plays a very crucial role by which human resource
encourages producing high quality of work within the organisation. It is a process under which
higher authority and top management appreciate and recognise employees for their higher
performance within organisation. This recognition and appreciation is measured in terms of
monetary and non monetary rewards.
The present investigation about depends on representative's inspiration and its effect upon
the business execution and development. In this way, scientist have utilized subjective research
strategy under which data has assembled with help of review technique. The real point of
researcher is to dissect the effect of workers inspiration on the business execution and

In order to conduct research scholar required several resources such as human resource,
financial resource and time. By limited availability of fund it is very difficult to conduct
investigation. As fund required to initiate several activities like transportation, printing and
stationary, internet cost. Thus, due to insufficient amount of fund it is very difficult to
accomplish several activities of research. Another major resource is time because in order to
accomplish several activities of investigation researcher required sufficient time period. In order
to accomplish all activities within specific period, research should use Gantt chart method. By
using this method each activity of research can accomplish within specific period. On the other
hand in order to accomplish research with limited fund, researcher have used Activity based
costing method.

One of the major factor is interest of researcher where the scholar have involved in this from
long time period. Researcher actually wanted to explore their knowledge about employees

authority encourage, appreciate, recognise employees performance and productivity then this
procedure is known as employees motivation. The appreciation and recognition can measure by
monetary and non monetary rewards. It is an intrinsic enthusiasm about and drive to accomplish
activities related to work within corporation.
Significance and role of employees motivation
According to the view of employees motivation have very significance role within
organisation through which employees can encourage for higher productivity and quality of
work. The progress and growth of organisation is largely depends upon employees so it is very
important for management to motivate them in an effective and efficient manner. While top
management encourage and motivate employees by provide several rewards such as monetary
and non monetary then they will more motivate ad influence for higher performance and
productivity. In the opinion of Danish and Usman, (2010) one major importance of employees
motivation is innovation and creativity within the company. If employees are more motivate then
they will give their best contribution and improve innovation in their work. David, (2009) stated

requirement of employees can fulfilled. As every individual have some financial needs so if
company provide effective salary and incentive then their financial need can make satisfy and
they can motivate easily. In the opinion of Yousaf, Yang and Sanders, (2015) stated that
employee motivation can bring within company by providing non monetary rewards such as
higher opportunity, growth chances, higher status, promotion, increment etc. While company
recognise the ability and efficiency of employees then they will more motivate for higher
performance and productivity. In addition to this, with help of non monetary reward, employees
feels importance themselves. Paharia, (2013) stated that employees can motivate while
organisation invite then in the business decision making process through which they can share
their feeling, suggestion, views , opinion etc. This is best technique to motivate employees in an
effective and efficient manner.

very crucial role within the hospitality sector because this sector is largely depends upon
employee performance and efficiency. In the absences of employees, this sector can not run in
the market. In several activities within this sector required employees so it is very important for
management to keep employees satisfy. The organisation performance and growth is directly
affected by employee's motivation because they are satisfied and motivates then they give their
best efforts to meet organisation objective. In order to improve quality of work and attain

Williams, 2014). In the current study, researcher will apply quantitative researcher
technique for analyse the impact of employees motivation on the performance and growth
within Hilton hotel. Data collection- In the research methodology, data collection is significant method
through which information about the subject can collect for find and analyse appropriate
conclusion. In the absence of data collection method researcher cannot conduct research
and collect information about the subject. Primary and secondary are two major method
of data collection (Khan, 2014). While information collects from sources like survey,
interview, questionnaire then this method is known as the primary data collection. On the
other hand while information collects from books, journals, online source, blogs etc then
it is known as secondary data collection. In the current study, researcher have main aim is
to analyse the impact of employees motivation on the business performance and growth
in the Hilton hotel (Mercieca and Mercieca, 2013). Thus, scholar will apply survey
method to collect fresh information about employees motivation in the Hilton hotel.
 Sampling- This technique helps to scholar in selecting some group of people from entire
population. Researcher will select 20 employees of Hilton hotel as sample size in the

within business unit for long period. In the survey of 20 employees of Hilton hotel it has been
found that many of the employees said that by providing motivational rewards, employees can
give best contribution in the growth and performance of business. Thus from collected data it can
be analysed that The organisation performance and growth is directly affected by employee's
motivation because they are satisfied and motivates then they give their best efforts to meet

organisation objective. In order to improve quality of work and attain organisation objective,
employee’s motivation is very important. Following are some recommendation through which
Hilton hotel can improve performance and growth of business-
 Hilton Hotel should take active participation of employees in business decision making
so as employees can feel motivate themselves. With help of this way employees can
easily share their view, issue, opinion etc related to business.
 Hilton hotel should provide training and development for its workforce through which
they can improve their existing skill, knowledge, ability etc .This method helps to
company in improving employees motivation.
 Corporation should provide effective incentive, fringe benefits, rewards, appreciation etc
to employees for their efficiency and quality work.
Future area of study
This study can implement in other industries such as travel and tourism, retail, health and care,
airline, entertainment etc to analyse the impact of employees motivation on the performance and
