This research aims to investigate the inclination of customer buying decision to eco-lodges in sustainable development of the hospitality sector. It focuses on the role of eco-lodges in the industry, the concept of eco-lodges, and the need for eco-lodges in dealing with customer preferences during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research methodology includes qualitative and quantitative approaches, and the time horizon is cross-sectional. The study is based on a case study of Claridge, a five-star hotel in London.
