This research project focuses on determining the role of HR practices in talent management for enhancing productivity in the hospitality sector. The study is conducted on Grosvenor hotel, a luxury hotel managed by JW Marriott. The research objectives include understanding the concept of talent management, determining the benefits of talent management for Grosvenor hotel, and identifying HR practices that lead to effective talent management. The research methodology involves the use of primary and secondary data collection methods, including a questionnaire. The findings of this study will contribute to the understanding of the importance of talent management in the hospitality sector.
