study will be taking Waitrose company will be taking into action.

Performance management is the most crucompany. This must be required and best
developing goals to make the best form of result outcomes for the company betterment. The sales
profession moves faster than ever today in order to meet out the best form of result in best
possible manner. Present study outcomes will help to get over from the activities that affect the
new emerging growth. This also helps to support the better environment and making the new
emerging market (Costas and et.al., 2015). In order to keep the performance stable of sales,
company needs to adopt some productive style of strategies that helps to make the business new
productive. Overall, due to failed in proper performance systems employees get demotivated.
1.3 Literature review.
According to Gallego-Álvarez, Segura and Martínez-Ferrero (2015) Sales management or
the department is the most crucial and vital within the organisation to earn profit revenue. Sales
and operations mainly aggregate the planning, process where executive level management
regularly meets the needs of review projection of outcomes. Sales & Operations are the most
expected and the only department that helps to meet out the best outcome results and growth.
Sales full fill the overall sales objectives that affect the new emerging and market development
goal and new market affecting goals. Without effective sales performance cannot be like that
effective work according to meet out the approachable results and growth.
As per the Grant (2016) Operation performance is the most awaited into more appropriate
new emerging new growth and major affecting growth. Operation management and performance
also a very important to get the best effective term. e view of author Sales and operations are the
most essential activity within the company that affect the better environmental goals. Database
management systems allow for an improved consistency in the manner in which data is
manipulated, collected and distributed throughout a company operational structure to be
achieved without incurring excessive costs or risk. Due to failure in the sales management or
fails to meet the data to data task it directly affect the company performance that affect the sales
profit influences. It has been critically evaluated that sales and operations are the two supportive
part for the organisation which can affect negatively on the company atmosphere.

1.4 Research Project Specification methodology.
Research approach: It affects the new managing and better developing task. Research
approach is the plan or process which is based on hypothesis. It has been divided into two parts
deductive and inductive research approach. Inductive approach starts the research process with
the help of observation theories which is proposed towards the end (Mackey and Gass, 2015).
Besides, deductive approach developing hypothesis on existing theory. Present study will be
based on inductive research approach
Research design: Research design is the plan or procedure of the overall process that
affect the research process or goals. Research design is divided into exploratory and conclusive
research design that affect the new emerging marketable growth and result outcomes.
Exploratory aims are to explore the research topic. Besides, conclusive generate the new findings
that are practically useful. Present study uses exploratory research design tool.
Data collection: This is the most essential term to be used in a proper way to accomplish
the research outcomes. There are two types of data collection method primary and secondary
method. Primary data has been based on fresh that collected from research, survey, interviews
with respondents. Contrary, Secondary data collection method collected from existing data by
using internet, books, journals etc. present study will be uses both primary and secondary data
collection technique (Taylor, Bogdan and DeVault, 2015).
Data Analysis : Data analysis is the another process once researcher collects data. Data
analysis interpret the data into outcomes or finding to problem solving. There are two types of
data investigation technique qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative technique based on critical
manner where collected data interpret into thematic manner by using some tables and graphs. On
the other hand, quantitative method of analysis based on numerical or mathematical manner to
develops their own growth and process identification. Present study uses Qualitative data
analysis method.
Sampling : Sampling is the systematic approach that selects number of people as a
respondent which includes in the study. There are two types of sampling method probability
sampling and non-probability sampling method. Probability sampling in which researcher give
chance to every member to participate in the survey. Besides, non-probability sampling method
will selects limited number of respondents. Present study based on simple random sampling
method.
