this research study is covers on Marks & Spencer which is the UK largest retailer engaged in
selling grocery, fashion as well as works in giving other financial services.

such as the learning skills, communication skills and many more which are important for the
successful completion of research as well as in the real life as well. Along with this, there were
also some negative experiences also which I came across during the period of conducting this
research. These were related to the lack of knowledge of employees of the company and also
they were not interested in providing their consents to the questions asked to them and the
research was also time bound which created issues in the completion of the project. These issues
were resolved by providing the employees with the aim of the research and also they were
convinced to provide their statements as well. In addition to this, they were also provided with
the benefits of the conducting this research so that they could respond in a good manner.
In the following research, the use of questionnaire is done due to lack of time but in case
more time will be provided than personal interview will be used to conduct investigation in
appropriate manner and to get proper outcome as achieving aims and objectives within specified
