In current time it is essential for every company to adopt equality and diversity at the
workplace because through it they able to maintain positive as well as smooth working
environment. Organization selected for conducting this research is Unilever that is conducting
business in Consumer goods industry and they are operating at the international level.
Moreover, this research is based on determining the impact of workplace discrimination on the
basis of employee’s age at the workplace.
