This research proposal aims to identify marketing and communication techniques used in the hospitality industry and their effectiveness in promoting sustainability. The study focuses on Marriott hotel and aims to investigate the importance of these techniques in attaining sustainability. The research questions include the techniques used in the hospitality industry, the importance of these techniques for sustainability, and the ways in which marketing and communication techniques help Marriott in dealing with sustainability. The research will use a deductive approach and quantitative data collection methods.
