In order to face the competition, company have to develop severaleffective strategies through which they can compete with rival ion an effective manner withinthe market and gain sustainable position and competitive advantage.Technological industry is that sector which offers a wide range of product and servicesfor both customer and other businesses. This sector contains the businesses revolving around themanufacturing of electronic, creation of software, computers and information technology relatedproduct and services. This industry is very flexible and dynamic because due to the increasingdevelopment and changes, various innovation and creation is being come in this sector. Theexpectation of the customer related to the technology is also high because with help oftechnology, individual life can directly influence. Mobile phone is one of the technology whichdirect connected with human being life. In the present time, every individual have mobile phonebecause in the absence of mobile phone no one can survive in the present time. Mobile phone isa portable telephone that can make and receive calls over a radio frequency link while users ismoving within a telephone service area. This device is also known as the cellular telephone andcell phone. This device is continuously changing in the present time because there is hugecompetition in the various corporations. In the 2000 era of mobile phone have various featuressuch as texting, MMS, email, internet operating services, voice call, video chat, conferencing,short range wireless communication, Bluetooth, video games, digital photography, videoshooting etc. These all features are come in the new technology of mobile phone. This is notavailable in the earlier time mobile technology. By these changes, in the present time, customermore attracted toward the mobile phone in the absence of this device, anyone can notcommunicate and transfer the information to another person who is far from that person. In thepresent study, the researcher have major aim is to analyse the customer perception toward thepurchase of new mobile phones with respect of case of Samsung company. In this study, theliterature review has been designed along with themes of customer perception and various factorthat influence customer choice and preferences toward the mobile phone.
