This present study is based on Premier Inn hotel which is the British hotel and UK's largest hotel brand with 73,000 rooms. Along with this its operates their hotels in different locations in order to satisfying customer's desires in a proper way. Statement of research problem According to the present scenario, Premier Inn hotel facing various sort of challenges so that its heavily negative impact on their sales and higher revenue. In order to improve this situation the marketing manager as well as higher authorities required to take appropriate decision for conducting the research(Anitha, 2016). Therefore, the main purpose of this research is to make their potential customers in order to achieve lots of success by using social media channels in a proper way.
