towards accomplishing goals of the company. Nowadays many organizations are going global
and for that they have to employ different culture and background of employees which have
different perspectives and views. When these different perspectives clashes then it becomes the

out (Barak, 2016). By conducting research, I also came to know that how all elements of
research allow researcher in gathering information’s and making study successful One of the
