Research aim:
“To evaluate the challenges for the development of strategic approaches which may cause by
the economic and operational pressures. A case study on Next Plc.”
Research objective:
To analyse the role of strategic approaches in order to implement talent
management strategies within the company.
To determine major challenges face by Next Plc to apply different range of
economic and operational pressures.
To evaluate the major strategies used by the company to overcome the
above discussed challenges.
Research questions:
What is the role of strategic approaches that can be implemented to
effective talent management strategies?
Which barriers would be faced by the company to apply different range
talent management strategies due to economic and operational pressures?
What strategies must be used by the company to overcome the above
discussed barriers?

Section Two: Reasons for choosing this research project
The main reason for choosing talent management strategies within an organisation, is that it is
one of the most important aspect to work and manage the activities to align and complete the
major growth sector for adverting and appropriate major changes. This could be related to
provide effective support and measurement to work and make effective outcome with the help
of solving major changes and growth (Hossain and Khatun, 2021). Talent management is
basically related to work and make major changes to analyse and provide effective solution for
the growth and knowledge to changing employee that must be related to provide different
employees growth and possible outcome. Next Plc is the UK based company which are deal in
the fashion industry and provide efficient retail and daily based products. But due to working on
daily operational activities and economic changes major growth and need are related to work
and make major changes to work different sector and managing activities.
Section Three: Literature sources searched
To analyse the role of strategic approaches in order to implement talent management strategies
within the company
As per the Pham, (2021); role of strategic information ate used and make different approaches
for analysing and make effective talent management which are related to effective strategies
and make effective source of data collection. It could be relate to provide some major role and
appropriate strategies which make the successful talent management programme and work as
per the growth to provide relevant changes. The use of talent management programme are
helpful for managing and controlling the measure for addressing effective change in the
management growth to company.
To determine major challenges face by Next Plc to apply different range of economic and
operational pressures
According to the view point of Polly and et.al., (2021), the company are working and making
major challenges which are faced by the company due to effective range of economic and
operational pressure. Due to the daily based activities, some major changes and growth are
related to provide some effective changes and provide effective sources which are essential
and helpful for addressing and managing sources to provide different challenges. There are
different activities and challenges which are face by Next Plc which make sure for addressing
and working as per the economic and operational cost to the economic pressure of the

To evaluate the major strategies used by the company to overcome the above
discussed challenges
As per the view point of Salmenperä and et.al., (2021); The company are work and manage
different strategies to analyse and work for managing and working different companies to
overcome the challenge. It could be related to effective growth and right approaches which are
related to provide different concept and growth to overcome the barriers which are face to
manage different concepts.
