Topic: To investigate to impact of talent management in an organisation.
INTRODUCTION
The term talent management is explained as a constant process and this involve retaining
and attracting high-quality workforce through enhancing their skills and also by motivating them
to improve their performance. In simple terms, primary purpose of talent management is to
engage talented, potential and skilled workforce who perform their role in organisation for longer
period. The selected topic for this research is to investigate about impact of talent management
within an enterprise or organisation. Moreover, this research highlights on aims, objectives and
research question (Walseth, Engebretsen and Elvebakk, 2018). Also the importance of research
and the rational to identify specific research area will also include in this report. In the last,
methodology section will also focus in the report to understand methods, research strategy and
limitation section related with report. The main role of talent management is to identify vacant
position, hiring suitable employees and formulation of skill to match individual skill and retain
them for longer period to accomplish business objective within minimum time-period. Research
framework provides structure that support collective research efforts of an investigator and also
it aids to determine and understand all areas by inducing of different methods related with
particular situation of talent management. Further, through analyse and conducting research on
talent-management knowledge related with workforce will be improved that aids to retain
talented workforce for longer period in organisation. Also design and formulating research
activities aids to identify and implement systematic research process to generate meaningful
results from the research activities.

According to the perspective of Karim Ansari, 2020 the concept of talent-management
relates with an organisation dedication for retaining, attracting and most importantly generating
best workforce or employees within organisation. Originally, the concept of talent-management
was identified in the year 1997 and this encompass of formulation of effective organisation
strategies which is designed for increasing the productivity of organisation by enhancing skills
and potential of engaged workforce. Talent-management strategy perform an important role for
an organisation and according to this it define methods such as generating transparent strategy
for delegating right role and responsibilities to each individual or engaged employee. This
considers that one of the simplest ways for retaining talented workforce is to given them their
role according to their field or previous experience because it motivated them for performing
their task in an organised manner (Pandita and Ray, 2018). Along with this turnover of
workforce generate problems for business that reduce their productivity so it is important for a
business to adopt talent-management strategy for performing their role in an organised manner.
Also various areas relate with talent management and it focuses on an individual skill that
support person for becoming desirable employer. Moreover, with induce of appropriate talent
management strategy an organisation attract and retain capable as well as potential workforce
within organisation from different backgrounds. It also aids management to develop and
implement appropriate strategy for organisation to provide appropriate training to engaged
workforce. Thus, talent management concept and method enable an organisation to focus on all
those specific activities such as improve communication skills etc. in order to enhance overall
productivity of the organisation. Talent management enhance the overall workforce and it
