The selected topic for current research project is, “Gender Equality in Leadership and
Management.” A research work on Cosmos Tours Ltd.
Research Aim
The aim of this research work is, “To evaluate about the main purpose and importance of
having Gender equality in Leadership and management in order to ascertain better success
and growth of an organisation”.

to learn how to do? What do you want to find out?):
The main objectives of this research project conducted on Cosmos tours Ltd are stated as
follows:
To develop better understanding about concept of equality and diversity.
To evaluate about the main purpose and importance of having Gender equality in
Leadership and management in order to ascertain better success and growth of an
organisation (Hübner And et. al., 2017).
To indentify the strategies that can be adopted by Cosmos tour ltd to ensure better
gender equality in its management and leadership to accomplish its goals in
effective manner.

crucial from professional view point of investigator as it lead to ascertain better success
and growth of an organisation. Further, it also ensures betterment in skills and
competencies if researcher thus, also meet its personal and educational purpose.

As per the view point of Cole, M. ed., 2017, equality and diversity are two vital concept
out of which equality is associated with ensuring fair growth opportunity and transparency
in other factors and operations of an organisation. The other concept of diversity is
associated with creating a bonding and effective connection among the cultural diversified
employees.
