Overview of the Research
Small as well as medium size businesses are considered to be the major element which is
effective for developing the economic condition of a country. These are the firms which captures
a wide space in a country and providing assurance in regards to managing the factor of risk
which has a direct influence on the economic development of the country 1. In the world full of
digitalisation, organisations are widely concern on adopting new and advance technologies in
order to developing the operations of firm in effective manner. Digital tools and technologies are
effective in making humans living easy and reliable, so organisations are concerned on providing
effective digital services to their potential buyers as to satisfying their needs and wants. A one
communication is the chosen organisation for this particular project as it is a private
telecommunication company. A One Communication deals in variety of digital goods and
services and widely concern on achieving high growth and success at market place through
grabbing the attention of customers.
Background of the Research
In the modern business era digital tools and technologies are determined as the most
essential element which has a huge influence on the growth and development of business
organisations at market place. This report will emphasis on the understanding and evaluation of
the influence of digital technology on the production and operations of the firm. The present
study is based on the, which will assist in analysing the importance of digital technologies and
how these can enhance the operations and functioning of a firm 2. A One Communication is a
providently owned organisation which is operating in the field of IT and telecommunication
