Aims and Objectives
Aim
The main aim of conducting this research work on Aston martin is, “ To evaluate about
the impact of skin colour discrimination on motivation level of the employees who are working
at the workplace.”
Research objectives
The main purpose and objective of conducting below stated research work and
investigation on Aston martin are as follows:
To have better in-depth understanding about the concept of workplace discrimination.
To evaluate about the impact lead by skin colour discrimination on motivation level of
the employees of Aston martin (Thompson, 2016).
To determine the possible strategies and ways that could be adopted by Aston martin to
overcome and encounter the negative impact of skin colour discrimination in order to
create equality and diversity at its workplace.
Research questions
The main issues and problems that are evaluated and analysed through current research
work in Aston martin are as follows:
What understandings do you having about the concept of workplace discrimination?
What are the possible impacts that are lead and created by skin colour discrimination on
motivation level of the employees of Aston martin?
What are the recommended strategies that could be adopted by Aston martin to
overcome and encounter the negative impact of skin colour discrimination in order to
create equality and diversity at its workplace?
Literature review
It is that crucial part of a research that provide evaluation and review of various scholarly
articles and secondary information to develop better understanding about current and sepecific
research topic (Beaman, 2017). Various online articles and journal are reviewed on the topic of
