TITLE:Evaluating of staff training and development in Ryanair.INTRODUCTIONResearch OverviewTraining is the process with the help of which workers are able to improve their currentskills and competencies. There are complete and specific information about working efficiencyof workers with managers that they are able to understand that what type of training is best.There are many changes which are taking place in external market such as change in technologyused at work place, updating of software, etc. due to which employees have to trained to getknowledge about proper working style(AKSOY and DURSUN, 2018). There are different waysthrough which employees can be trained such as conference, transfer, class room study, etc.3
hence this is divided into two main major sources i.e. on the job training and off the job training.Employees are the sources through which organisation can excel in industry because theyprovide complete and specific information to consumers.In this investigation, there is discussion about airlines organisation i.e. Ryanair. This isthe organisation which is based on Irish market but serves in different parts of world. This is thesector in which may changes are taking place and if learning programmes are not planned, then itis not easy for employees to present it. As there are many ways through which training can beprovided to employees, so in this case best method have to used with the help of which cost isreasonable and learning is proper and relevant.Research BackgroundRyanair is the organisation which have good market share in industry, so it is importantto keep consumers satisfied. The key and core way to keep consumer's satisfied is to keepemployee satisfied. These days, employees not only want monetary benefits, but they want somepersonal benefits as well. Hence with training, employees came to know about new changeswhich are taking place in external market(Alamdari and Fagan, 2017). When training programsare planned for improving knowledge of workers, then they are satisfied and their efficiency alsogets improved. Training sessions are organised for employees and organisational welfare; henceit is responsibility of HR manager of Ryanair to analyse it properly and come with best way oflearning program.In order to provide better knowledge to employees training and developmentsessions have to be conducted. They assist work force to improve their personal as well asprofessional skills such as communication skills, decision making, problem solving, criticalthinking, etc. with the help of which performance can be improved. When workers areperforming well then it is easy for organization Ryanair. As there are many competitors inairlines sector, so it is important to understand demand of employees as well with the help ofwhich Ryanair can Excel in market. This is the organization which conquered over UK airlinesindustry with making employees satisfied. HR manager take regular feedbacks and evaluateperformance of workers with the help of which they are requirements and areas which has to bestudied will clear and training sessions will be organized(Bôto, 2017).When proper planning isdone by managers, then cost can also reduce and it is easy for management of Ryanair toevaluate results as well.4
