1. Background and rationale:
1.1. Background and issues:
Current organizations have been creating much documentations. They have been performing
that to the extent that the documents begin the hindering of activities of the quality management
system. Further, the various business has been needing the documentation for involving many
details. Here, much resources and time are considered, resulting in a much more complicated
implementation of documentation. As the quality management system turns to be inflexible and
rigid, this is complicated to develop as needed. Thus, it has not been guaranteeing the most effective
outcomes for the future.
1.2. Determination of discipline:
For understanding the scenario of quality management, the field of information technology is
chosen. The information technology quality management is the method to understand how the clients
have been making and feeling the services and software products that they require. Thus it leads to
retrieving necessary values (Grudzień and Hamrol 2016).
1.3. Key developments in the area:
Every software projects have been maximising the engagement of users, in terms of system
design and requirement specifications. Further, the leaders have been maintaining and developing
the internal scenario where the individuals can be totally involved. This is to gain the objectives of
the business (Marinagi, Trivellas and Reklitis 2015).
