Question 1: IT Related issues identified- VFire and Magic
The identified issue in the workplace is Vfire and Magic and it has resulted in the listing
of the issues of telecommunication. The implication of the telecommunication management has
been resulted by the formation of the effective work alignment (Kuznetsova et al. 2017). The
issue has resulted in forming the hindrances in the completion of the work. The issue would
result in forming the major issues and formation of the telecommunication management. The
issue had resulted in formation of the work continuation issues and alignment of the resources.
The telecom engineer would be responsible for the fixing of the telephone faults and processing
job completion. The change of the processing of job completion on VFire (previously was done
on Magic) has resulted in data loss and work complexity operations. The change has resulted in
issues of deploying effective work performance for the telecommunication organization as the
new VFire would eliminate some of the probable information and functions (Akkermans and
Van Wassenhove 2018). Moreover, the new tool would bring about some issues in the
implication of the innovative work management.
The work that was required to be done on Magic (processing of job completion), now
would be done on VFire and it has resulted in problems of the change in data extension,
complexity of the work, and lack of training. The change in the data complexity had also resulted

file extension is different for Magic and VFire resulting in the data loss. Many data in lost during
