RESEARCH PROPOSAL3 Type of research methodology Under this investigation, the quantitative investigation will be selected through a researcher for attaining the aim and objectives of the investigation. In addition to this, responses of research participants would be determined by using quantitative research design. It aids in obtaining statistical data with respect to evaluating the role of nurses in weight loss programs for adults of Australia. This research design enables an investigator for declining the hurdles and concerns of investigation. Since, this research design would facilitate the numerical information related to evaluating the role of nurses in weight loss programs for adults of Australia so that, it would be significant for this research (Bell, Bryman, & Harley, 2018). The quantitative tool of data collection will be chosen in the sense that it will emphasize on views of adults about weight loss programs in Australia. In the context of a quantitative survey, 50 adults from Australia would be chosen. Since, it will be effective with respect to discussing regarding evaluating the role of nurses in weight loss programs for adults of Australia. This interview will be advantageous for addressing the adult reaction with respect to weight loss programs(Quinlan, Babin, Carr, & Griffin, 2019). Research hypothesis The given below hypothesis used in this research: H0: There is no significant relationship between nurses and weight loss programs for adults of Australia H1: There is a significant relationship between nurses and weight loss programs for adults of Australia Non-Directional study A two-tailed non-directional hypothesis would be used as it predicts that the independent variable i.e.role of nurses would have an impact on dependent variable i.e. weight loss programs(Hair Jr, et. al., 2015).
RESEARCH PROPOSAL4 Variables Independent variable: Role of nurses Dependent variable: weight loss programs Main confounding variable: Adultsof Australia (Eriksson & Kovalainen, 2015). Brief literature review Databases Under this investigation, different databases would be used such as Science Direct,Emerald Insight,Springer Link,Business Premier, JStor, and ACM(Meyer & Peng, 2016). Keywords Weight loss programs, Role of nurses, obesity, Prevention, Nursing applications, Nutrition, Management, Health promotion, and Cardiovascular disease Search terms Following are key search terms that would be implemented in the research: Consequences of obesity Opportunities for health promotion The role of nurses in weight loss programs Nurses and health promotion (Sekaran & Bougie, 2016). Significance of your hypothesis This hypothesis would be significant for addressing the relationship between the role of nurses and weight loss programs. This hypothesis would be advantageous for assessing cause and effect relationships. It would be also beneficial for resolving the research issues in a significant way(Fuller, et. al., 2016). Theoretical framework For assessing the gathered information, statistical data analysis framework will be implemented in this investigation. By using this, an investigator would be competent for

RESEARCH PROPOSAL5 demonstrating the descriptive statistics of information such as regression, correlation, also interpret the meaning behind the response of respondents(Myers, 2019).In the context of this investigation, Ms-Excel software and SPSS software will be implemented to demonstrate the information through tables and graphs. It would also create knowledge regarding the responses and findings regarding evaluating the role of nurses in weight loss programs for adults of Australia (Antwi & Hamza, 2015). Research designs With the purpose of this investigation, a descriptive research design would be used that can facilitate obtaining the theoretical data with respect to the investigation. This technique can offer a path to an investigator for attaining their specified purposes in minimum time. With the application of this technique, a researcher will be enabling for comprehending the role of nurses in weight loss programs for adults of Australia(Neelankavil, 2015). The descriptive research design can be significant in creating the theory as per the available scenario and helps to create a suitable conclusion with respect to the investigation. This tool can facilitate in gathering respondents perception with respect to the research issue and creates a reliable conclusion with regards to research issues. This investigation would not entail causal technique as there is no requirement for addressing the causes and outcomes. This investigation is subjective in nature hence descriptive research design would be selected in this research(Hutzschenreuter, Kleindienst, & Lange, 2016). Threats to validity Selection bias The threat for internal validity could be communication of selection threat and any other threats. Moreover, choice of communication is highly faced in maturation. In addition, maturation of selection communication is concerned with differential assignments related to subjects to groups in manner that is related with maturation of topics. For instance, two set of
RESEARCH PROPOSAL6 obesity patients may have parallel indicators of disease at start of investigation yet handling effects can consequence when a higher amount of patients has an impact on maturation. It is more ubiquitous that is assigned to one group (Evert, et. al., 2016). The research design is selected and operational process is implemented for assessing the extent of confidence within internal validity. Moreover, understanding regarding potential threats as well as, competency for discern to what extent they may be dealt with in an investigation makes competent one to better assess the outcomes (Fruh, 2017). A random assignment would be related to parallel groups, hallmark related to experimental investigation, significantly controlling all threats associated with internal validity in except of experimental humanity. In addition to this, differential selection could be controlled because random task develops the groups that could be equal with regards to unknown with known variables hence distinguishes in results could not occur through differences among groups (MacLean, et. al., 2015). For instance, maturation is determined through presence of one and more parallel sets. Since, maturation can occur uniformly within all set and any differences in reaction can be created because of treatment. There is no other research design that can control the different threat at once. Hence, an experimental investigation could be entailed as a standard of research design (Eglseer, et. al., 2018). Mortality/attrition Experimental mortality is alias as withdrawals, erosion and dropouts as well as, is difficult while there is disparity in loss of subjects through comparison set of individuals. It is successive for randomization that is resultant in the imbalanced group within investigation. One illustration is research that is intended for comparing the impact of intranasal corticosteroid spray to a placebo that is lightening the sign related to allergic rhinitis. When the subject is related to severe symptoms then it preferentially quit for active treatment
RESEARCH PROPOSAL7 collection. Furthermore, treatment could be appeared highly significant as compared to real treatment(Wadden & Bray, 2018). Target sample size, and inclusion/exclusion criteria Research participants The research would be performed in the nation of Australia. The participants will be chosen through adults of Australia. An individual with the criteria below are qualified for the investigation: Australian adults who want a healthy lifestyle The age of individuals between 25-45 years would be chosen in investigation Participants will be selected who have obesity disorder Exclusion criteria: Healthy adults would be rejected in research. Inclusion/Exclusion Process An article having a sound research question (RQ) An appropriate RQ develops the article more determined on the topic that the selected by author. Furthermore, a feasible RQ is appealing for reader to find out that article. Moreover, a precise research question entails purpose of an investigation, key idea of article, and illustrating for whom the article is mentioned for. These questions depict readers about key purpose of article and what is aim of author. The article that is entailed in this literature search has an effective RQ that is significant for sound article(Kim, et. al., 2015). Quality writing Quality writing is significant aspect related to the article. The quality writing develops a reader for enhancing understanding regarding aspect that author can try to make effective communication. In addition, content of article can be precise, comprehensible and easier in terms of identification. Moreover, article that is considered in this literature search has

RESEARCH PROPOSAL8 authoritative and definitely provides details about the methodology of the process (Ma, et. al., 2017). Articles should not be highly outdated Highly old articles are illustrated to be good to entail in literature search. Since, technology is increasing promptly rather than outdated technology that is unfashionable and not used for a longer period. Furthermore, citing outdated article that is obsolete is negative for the literature search. The articles should have good content and superior quality research methodology(MacLean, et. al., 2015).But, technology that is applied in these article is outdated hence there is need to update it in each year and outmoded technology should not be exercise in practices. Articles that are used in literature search are associated with advanced technology (Wadden & Bray, 2018). Sampling techniques With the intention of this research study, simple random sampling tool has practiced by the researcher and this technique is a type of probability sampling tool. This sampling technique is advantageous for choosing a sample from a large number of people to attain a broad range of purpose. In order to make an appropriate selection of the sample, every member of the group is equally responsible. It is observed that main reason for selecting this sampling technique is that it eliminates biasness from selection procedure and also assists in getting the authentic outcome(Wadden & Bray, 2018). As compared to another method of sampling technique, a simple random sampling technique is more profitable for decreasing the partiality from the sampling process. Due to the appropriate selection of samples, larger sample frame is attained without giving extra efforts. In this investigation, 50 adults from the different geographical region of Australia to obtain views and beliefs of respondents related toevaluating the role of nurses in weight loss programs for adults of Australia(Eglseer, et. al., 2018).
RESEARCH PROPOSAL9 Data collection methods In order to get detailed knowledge about the current research concern, survey research strategy is utilized by the researcher for this research. The main benefit of using this strategy is that it is useful for analyzing the attitude of employees in actual time. The key purpose of using survey strategy is that it assists in collecting a large number of quantitative data which is significant for statistical assessment. This data is gathered from a huge number of sample groups in an economical manner. Data is pooled by using a survey approach that can be implemented for describing the relationship between different variables. This technique is planned for developing effective result from the entire population without collecting data from an entire group of people(Hutzschenreuter, Kleindienst, & Lange, 2016). Further, it is also analyzed that administration of the survey can be attained by various modes as an instance; survey could be succeeded by the interviewer by using structured questionnaire which allows the research participants to accomplish the questionnaire. It could be managed by using email, telephone, and post. But at the same time, it is also found that when these different modes are applied simultaneously for pooling data, referred to as the mix-mode survey strategy (Evert, et. al., 2016). The main limitation of using this survey strategy is associated with the types of questions because it will assess the importance of acquired information and appropriateness of assessment in developing the accurate answers related toevaluating the role of nurses in weight loss programs for adults of Australia to which, a survey has been conducted (Fruh, 2017). Since, this investigation considers adults as a unit of evaluation hence illustration is developed via the survey is restricted to the individual level and their behavior, attitudes, and opinions cannot provide an assessment with respect to hypothesis i.e. relationship between role of nurses and weight loss programs for adults in Australia. Moreover, the limitation is
RESEARCH PROPOSAL10 associated to survey not only developing competency of the researcher to identify deficiently but also declining the cost as well as, rationale information about the investigation(Ma, et. al., 2017).
