Research Proposals2 Measurement of excessive noise for construction workers in the construction industry: A case Study of ABC Construction PTE Limited. Noise control for construction workers has always been a challenge for construction companies. This is due to the health effects noise has for such workers who are overexposed to excessive noise. The background for my research was due to the health complains made by workers in ABC construction. Many construction workers had reported not having the ability to hear as well as they used to before they began their job to the level of causing induced hearing loss. The objective of this research paper is to investigate the different noise exposures that the construction workers undergo as well as possible recommendations that should be applied. The research will also look into any efforts the company has made to control noise during construction for the safety of its workers. Currently, workers have reported noise exposures that last long and are loud enough to cause irreversible hearing loss. Medically, a high level of noise destroys nerves in the inner ear. Victims usually become socially isolated, depressed, and lose the ability to communicate efficiently with others. They also tend to have more injuries and accidents because they can't hear warning signals standard in construction. This has resulted in losing jobs due to liabilities such victims pose for the company. The fundamental reasons for this proposal are significant challenges and lack of noise control measures that have had substantial health effects on the wellbeing of construction workers. This research will also help determine measurements of tools and construction tasks that generate dangerous noise (Lie, 2016, 354-355). The information will sensitize the need to identify solutions the company can take into consideration.Data collection will be based on six-
Research Proposals3 year a reports of noise complains in the construction trade as well as interviews with workers who currently work in the institution. A case analysis of fatigue for healthcare employees to TRY Hospital Limited Within the field of health care, professionals continue to suffer fatigue due to the long irregular hours they work for and the light intensity of their job. TRY hospital staff is no different. Most professionals have reported decreased energy and a feeling of tiredness that is usually as a result of poor quality sleep or short sleeping time, which forms the basis for my work. Given the importance of sleep and its effect on overall cognitive performance of healthcare professionals, the objective of this research is to investigate fatigue and its link to patient safety and healthcare professional safety in TRY Hospital Limited. Currently, fatigue has been characterized as an unsafe condition and potential hazard in health care that has led to increased medical errors in the hospital. Most of the professionals have also reported chronic and acute sleep deprivation tendencies that have played a part in cumulative deficits of their overall functioning (Van Mol et al., 2015, 10). The purpose of this study will be assessing risks, previous medical errors, working hours, and future status projections made by healthcare workers. From a professional standpoint, decision making and fatigue are argued to affect the situational awareness and naturalistic decision making of health care professionals. The results of this investigation benefit healthcare staff and management by showing the need for implementation of new flexible work schedules and programs that eliminate fatigue. The research will aid in demonstrating the overall dangers
Research Proposals4 of working when fatigued. In-depth unstructured questionnaires will be conducted on staff and management to determine how far this issue affects their physical and psychological well-being. An examination of workplace lighting efficiency in ZYW Manufacturing firm for specific assembly processes Achieving good lighting has been a significant challenge for employees and management working in ZYW manufacturing firm. As an assembly and manufacturing company, ZYW requires good light, which has proven to affect general employee performance. The basis for my research are the challenges (Collisions and accidents) employees are facing when working in poor lighting conditions as well as its impact on their health. The objective of the paper is to highlight important consideration that needs to take place to improve lighting. Currently, there have been numerous machine-related accidents that have occurred due to poor lighting (Pavel ET, Al, 2016, 213). The morale of an employee has also decreased considerably, which has become a paramount concern for the company managers and owners. The surroundings and working environments that range from very light to dark backgrounds which have been said to cause momentary blindness. Some reports have also shown consistent headaches and eye fatigue experienced by workers that are presumed to have caused increased accidents and injuries. This research will provide a leeway to understanding the importance of lighting in the company, results of good lighting and bad lighting and more importantly the current lighting state of the company and how it affects the workers. The results of this research will benefit business owners on understanding the importance of being mindful on having the best and safest form of lighting for their employees. Data

Research Proposals5 collection will be achieved through unstructured interviews on workers that will illustrate the current lighting conditions and how they have affected their health. An ergonomic risk assessment of teachers of CCD Child Care Center With existing ergonomic risks in overall physical and mental wellness and whole teacher’s performance in the child care center, it no doubts this issue poses a significant challenge in caring for children. The background on existing Ergonomics risks of teachers in the fields of ergonomic science and environmental factors are concerned with the interaction of education design and performance. The objective of this research project was to investigate potential ergonomic risks that teachers suffer or experience when working in their current CCD Child Care Centre environment. Apart from general teaching, nursing care is a vital part of the work contained in this institution. The physical demand s of their job is not limited to pushing and pulling, transferring children to different places, frequent carrying and lifting their students as well as prolonged standing and sitting. Currently, teachers have reported various disorders and work-related muscle skeletal disorders. The muscle disorders are seemingly pervasive in the teacher's upper limbs, neck, and back. The children they care for are unable to adapt themselves, hold coordination, or control themselves; therefore, teachers are responsible for all they need This study will uncover the potential health risks faced by the teachers as well as their effect on work productivity and their general quality of life. The research will benefit teachers in helping them realize the extremity to which the musculoskeletal disorders can go and how dangerous they are on their overall physical health. To sufficiently collect required research data, research methods will include various interview domains (Abdulla, 2018, 4248). These domains
Research Proposals6 include ergonomic factors, the prevalence of work-related muscle skeletal disorders, and existing demographics of teachers working in the institution.
