INTRODUCTION
Research refers to careful consideration of study in relation to specific concern or
problem that consist different scientific method. Research can be used by a person for purpose of
identification of potential as well as new customers which helps to understand existing customers
(Chng, 2018). It helps to develop pragmatic goals and also develop strategies that assist to
overcome of business challenges. This project report includes analysation of Kolb model in order
to provide detail of learning cycle and allow a person to reflect their views during a experience.
It also explanation of Onion model which allow to described description of level of hierarchy.
MAIN BODY
Kolb reflection model
Kolb reflection model is one of reflective model that was introduced by David Kolb in
the year 1984. It is four stage model that describe ways in which a person acquire knowledge. It
is a theory which accept change on basis of experience, conceptualisation, experimentation and
reflection. Four stages included in this model allow me to share my experience over completing
research over topic of increasing employee turnover that create challenge for business (Kolb and
Kolb, 2018). At time of completing this research, there are different problems occur but I handle
these problems in effective manner that allow me to get best results. Explanation of these four
stage in context of my learning experience are mentioned below:
Concrete Experience: For purpose of completing a research, I needs to have guidance of
my teachers which provide me support to complete this research. My teacher assign me an
assignment for carry out research for purpose of topic like increasing employees turnover. For
this, I get to know about topic from different source and also I have prior knowledge about it on
basis of learning in class. I also take guidance and support from teacher in order to deeply
analyse the topic and also for completing the research in effective manner. The problem faced by
me in this is related to my struggle in managing research method and also with my poor English.
Reflective observation: It is another stage in which I try to understand the topic by my
own and also focusing on analysing reason for increasing employee turnover. There are different
reason for purpose of leaving of employees like conflicts, poor working condition, lower
payment and others. In order to complete this research, I also view research of others. It is also
