As the research is primarily based on the idea of a business plan
for an elderly care service, the research method which has been
designed for the given purpose can be understood to be the
Secondary research approach. In this kind of a research
approach, the secondary data sources and related to the overall
concept of a business plan and in addition to this, the business
reviews and journals will be made use of in order to get
information on the manner in which the Day care center for the
elderly can be developed in the country.
The reason why the secondary research has been chosen for the
purpose of the paper can be contributed to the fact that the
Business idea is original and hence, for the purpose of the paper I
will be requiring data only on the manner in which the business
plan has to be prepared adequately. Moreover, through the
secondary sources, I will also be ensuring that, the information
which is presented in the case study totally relates to the case and
with respect to this, the right information needs to be used so as
to approach the different investors as present.
a) To the reader of a project, the explanation which shall be
provided will be based on the fact that, the business plan
has been an original idea and that, with respect to this, to
get other real information on the topic, the domain of
secondary research will be more suitable. In line of this,
the reader will be successfully able to understand that, in
order to attain long term success with the topic, it is
crucial to understand how a plan is processed.
b) Through the business idea, my future employer will be
able to gain a clear understanding of my overall skills in
preparing the business plan and with reference to this, it
can be rightfully mentioned that, any company which
wants to ensure success in the long run would be
essentially requiring suitable employees and if my
employee is able to gauge my skills through the plan, it
will be beneficial for me in the long run.

The most important Literature sources which will be made use of
to justify the research project and the major project can be stated
to be as follows:
Business Journals- The Business journal will be made use of as
an important project source because, it shall enable the researcher
to come up with adequate information about the manner in which
the business plan has to be gathered and how it helps in
designing the business model.
Text Books: The text books can also be considered to be a major
source of information for the business project as present. In line
of this, the text book will be able to provide the importance of the
Business plan on a whole.
Business reviews: The Business reviews are also crucial sources
of data collection for the review which will be made use of.
Data websites: The governmental websites can also be known as
crucial sources of data collection which can be utilized for the
different sections of the paper.
The given sources can be understood to be very crucial for the
work because, they assist in making the overall project more
comprehensive in nature and additionally ensure that the business

The key areas of knowledge which have been gained in this
project can be understood to be as follows:
Organizational skills: Through the organizational skills, I will be
able to ensure that in my future workplace I am able to manage
my overall responsibilities very well.
Coordination skills: The coordination skills can also be
considered to be adequately relevant skills which can be made
use of in the future in order to ensure that, I will be able to
contribute to the society in a better manner.
Management skills: Another set of skills, which can be
considered to be relevantly important can be stated to be the
Management skills. Through the use of these skills, I will be able
to become a good employee and a considerable leader in the long
run.
