INTRODUCTION
Consultants are experts in a specific field who have specialised knowledge and skills. They
are recruited by the company to provide answers and make recommendations for tactics that will
benefit the company. Business consulting is when a professional advisor gives advice about a
company's operations. The consultants are the ones who advise management on what
adjustments need to be done in the organisation and also assist the business owner in improving
their performance if they are lacking in some way (Todorova, 2020). The London School of
Science and Technology (LSST) is a private school founded in 2003 that specialises in business
management, health, information technology, and social care courses. This report will go through
the organization’s background as well as the client’s problems. It will also go over how to
identify problems using tools like SWOT, PESTEL, and others.

Who is the client?
Because the students at LSST struggle with adequate communication and collaboration with their
teachers, the organization's discipline is lacking. It could be as a result of the pupils' inability to
communicate with their professors due to a lack of a pleasant environment. Teachers are also
unable to create an environment that encourages pupils to participate in interactive lessons and
engaging activities. The London School of Science and Technology (LSST) is a private school in
London, United Kingdom, that was created in 2003. The school focuses on a few major areas,
including IT, business management, and health and social care. The organization's vision is to
support kids regardless of their background, aspirations, or ability. LSST will work with students
to help them advance in their careers and learn more effectively. The organization's objective is
to become the top institution in the world in their respective fields. The school does not erect any
