INTRODUCTION
The term business consultant refers to the professional services that are analysed by the
businesses for generating effective and creative solutions that leads business for developing
efficient plans that match with desired goals of organisation. The main role of business
consultant is to guide the clients by providing recommendation for accomplishing there goals in
effective and efficient manner. This report is written from perspective of Alpha consultancy
limited that provides support and guidance to school and university by providing solutions to
their specific problems (Bennun and et. al., 2018). Moreover, this report highlights on the clients
problems and by using research method organisation divide problems into different parts. In the
last, issue which are faced by management will rank to select top three.

Overview of client and summarise of problems
Alpha consulting are the most effective individuals that leads management to implement
effective recommendation. Regent group London is the existing client that is providing or
offering their services in educational industry. In the present scenario, Regent group offer their
services at large level that manage and owns schools, learning centre and colleges from several
years. The regent group was established in the year 2000 with motive of providing their services
in educational industry. The business was established by offering programmes that provide
tuition classes for students. After this in the year 2004, Regent expand its business into childcare
by opening regent nursery and in present scenario, management operates its branches. Further,
group also start to operate its business into high educational areas through offering diploma and
qualification courses.
This also generates various problems for organisation which is impacting on goals and
objectives of management. Counselling services, educational degree, ineffective management of
target audience and less training staff etc. are major problems and challenges that are faced by
top authorities of regent group (Hakanen, 2014). Change in external market due to rapid
expansion of business is the major problem that is faced by management. This result private as
well as public both organisation are performing their work in business industry. The another
