MAIN BODY Digital technology are electronic tools, device and resources which generate and process data. For example social media, online games and mobile phones etc. Also, it enables different amount of information which can be compressed on small storage device that can be easily preserved and transported. In addition to this, digital technology further transformed how people communicate, learn and work. So, society and companies are benefitted by using digital technology, along with offer various learning opportunities as well. Hence, variety of organizationsrecruitexpertsand professionalswho possessesstrong abilityof digital technology that directly cause positive impact upon business. Therefore, it is clearly reflected that role of digital technology at workplace is important because more than billions of people uses Internet and it is also estimated that by 2025, every company implement digital technologies that assist to improve the overall business operations (Sternard, 2020). As technology has taken center stage and there is a continuous shift in the workplace which is enhances by development of cloud based collaboration tools along with increased use of technology. Secondary research also reflected that 79% of senior manager believe that digital technology promote them to work anywhere at anytime, whereas 86% of the professionals though that most of the successful companies would be willing to make transformation. So, it is examine that there are many advantages of using technology at workplace such that improve communication. In big firms, there are variety of virtual communication tools exist and it allow employees to communicate in different ways. Implementing technology at workplace will help professionals to increase efficiency and productivity because it permits interaction between employees and employers. Apart from this, with the help of effective digital technology, professionals encourage innovation and creativity so that they access to different business technology tools which

Hence, installing different application will help to improve the performance and boost the internal communication as well. In manufacturing industry, every second is important and that is why professionals use digital technology in order to make every second count using time tracking tools i.e. Toggl. Through this tool, company solve the problem of low productivity and also allow to enter, start and stop tracking task quickly (Evers, Cunningham and Hoholm, 2014). This in turn assist to manage workflow of whole team and getting in-depth insights on profitability of a company as well. So, it is clearly reflected that using digital technology lead to improve the overall performance and complete the task within a short time as well. On the other side, professional use cloud based project as a digital technology in order to stay organized across workflows. Top companies like Google, Microsoft uses cloud to manage the workload as well as improve the productivity of a business as well. Beside this, companies operating under retail sector are also uses digital technology such that Tesco, Marks and Spencer uses range of social media marketing that helps to attract range of workers towards it. On the other side, in education industry professionals uses digital technology in order to keep, store the document that helps to run operations in smooth manner. Also, most of them offer online classes that helps to adjust the time as per the student’s flexibility. So, it is analyzed that professionals and student within education sector are benefitted by implement the advance technology at workplace. On contrary side, there are many challenges which organization face in the context of digital technology. Such that most of them do not have experts or professionals who knows how to run a system and that is why, they do not implement any technology. Moreover, it is
also examine that professionals understand the global complexity and also creates solution by using such tools into the workplace by complying with real world experience. Also, with the help of virtual simulation most of the professionals support the business to meet the define aim and target with a specified deadline as well. As compared to past time, companies and professionals are relied upon manual data, but with the evolution of modern era, every company focused upon the ways through which they take a business at different level in order to stay ahead at competition (Stroud and Weinel, 2020).
