Notes: The increased emissions by vehicles lead in the low air quality and resulted in frequent
climate change. The electric vehicles were made during the early 19th century but its demand was
increased in 21st century. The UK, is major importer of oil which is used in various sources to
produce the energy, due to which the interest towards use of electric vehicles geared up. The aim
is to highlight the various reasons behind increased demand of electric vehicles in UK.

Notes: The increased congestion in country also affected its environment and health of
population. Based on this the attraction and demand towards the electric vehicles surged upon.
The only smart solution was to overcome this problem by increasing the demand for electric
vehicles. To, attract the manufacturers to take up launch of EV's government also worked in
order to lure the EV's industry to grow.
