The subject of CSR hasinvolved through simple philanthropic activities to more integrated approach in regards tocommunities and greater societies, thus it adds that corporate social responsibilities involvessocially, environmentally and ethically responsible behaviour of corporate industries towardsgenerating value and long term sustainability for themselves through making endeavour towardsimprovement of society. Corporate social responsibilities are helpful in improving the livingstandard of people as to adopting modernisation and attain higher economic growth. In thismodernised world competition is so high at market place and organisations are widely focusedon adopting various corporate social responsibilities as to providing high competition to theirrivals. It is the most effective way to gaining attention of people towards the firm, as the isorganisations are concern on implementing CSR activities as to gaining attention of peopletowards the firm or its offered goods and services (Aguinis and Glavas, 2012).
