This assignment is an exploratory study on work-family conflict experienced by female teachers in Qatar's public schools, aiming to understand the types of conflicts and factors influencing them. The study uses semi-structured interviews and focuses on four variables: job-related matters, family matters, and their interactions. The significance of the study lies in its uniqueness, as no previous studies have been conducted on this topic in Qatar, particularly among female teachers who constitute 30% of the country's working women.
