The present report is based on business activities of Tesco PLC, it is UKbased enterprise and performing its activities in retail sector.Background of study- The present assignment is based on business activities of Tesco and this is relating withimpact of performance of appraisals system on job satisfaction and motivation on employees.Thus, better working will help to conduct business operation in well and organised manner(What Does a Human Resources Manager do?, 2018). In this, it can be said that the performanceappraisal system will be used by employees so that need of employees can get fulfilled. Furthermore, role of HR is to manage, create and implement the business activitieseffectively so that each thing can be managed with better functioning.
