This research proposal aims to investigate the significance of equality and diversity in reducing conflicts that arise in the workplace due to cultural differences. The case study focuses on Hennes & Mauritz (H&M), a Swedish clothing multinational corporation. The research objectives include understanding the concept of equality and diversity, identifying the significance of equality and diversity practices in resolving conflicts, and examining the impact of conflicts on employee performance. The research methodology involves both qualitative and quantitative methods, and a Gantt chart is used to outline the time scale of the research.
