RESORT AND SPA MANAGEMENT2Executive SummaryI selected the Lizard Island Resort for my research which is located in the north of Australia. During my pre-visit, I viewed the website where I found amazing information about the resort. The ownership, products, and services, as well as social media, are included on the website. During my actual visit, I explored the resort’s management structure, processes, and relations with the local people. Clearly, to run a resort an individual requires various types of licenses as discussed in this paper. Finally, during the post-visit, I compared the information obtained from the website with the actual experience. However, there was not much difference hence I recommend visitors to use the resort’s site in case they seek to know about the Lizard Island Resort.
