Resource management is denoted as managing the resources of the organisation. This
report is based on the case study of the Eagle Eye Solution Company in respect to its resource
management practices. The organisation is based in United Kingdom. Company is among the
fastest growing small scale organisation based in United Kingdom. Company deliver its
operations in information technology sector. In this project different aspects related to the
resource management practices of the company. Henceforth, report will emphasis over the
human resource function of the organisation. Different approaches company channelizes to
entertain its resource management operations. Investigation and plan the resources required to
