INTRODUCTIONResource are some essential measures which enable a business to grow and enable anorganisation to organise their operations. Every business have distinct resources required whichbenefits an entity in long term context. Management have to take some appropriate steps as wellas professionals whom are helpful in managing such requirements properly. Every business havedistinct number of resources which are finance, human etc. All these are supportive in executingthe operations properly and effective manner (Alfes and et. al., 2013). In every business sector,different sort of resources are highly required under which primary sector includes miningactivities along with this secondary sector includes manufacturing, electronics department. Thelast sector is tertiary which is completely related with service sector industries like tourism, callcentres etc. This project is based on three sectors of business segments in which resourcerequirement according to need concept get define properly. Thus, all physical resources have toutilise in an appropriate manner which is essential to grab all targets properly. Along with suchcontext, human resources management play an essential role in all the three sectors which willgoing to analyse properly. TASK 11.1 Various resource requirement to conduct a businessIn present research, there are three major business sector are identify which are relatedwith corporate industry. All of them are interlinked with each other and provide quality basedservices to their users. There are various resources required to conduct business operations whichare going to elaborate in this project:Business 1:This is a primary sector agricultural segment which is run by the four members of afamily. At the time of season, more number of workers are required hence, members hire moreemployees at the time of high requirement (Armstrong and Taylor, 2014). Their main crop isStrawberry along with this, they also manufacture more than 20 crops in their territory due to 50acre field. A major season is June to October in which more number of person are needed tomanage all sort of crops properly so that chances of wastage get reduce. Many newdevelopments will get done by them under which customers do not require to bent out for takingany crop as they create toughs field with steel. For conducting this business, more number ofemployees are required but during peak load with appropriate finance as well. 1

Business 2:Another business which is identify in his research is manufacturing company whomare dealing in manufacturing of Panel for ships, rail cars etc. This is a secondary sectororganisation which is based on technology heavily. Although, they are dealing at small level andnumber of staff is small with only 10 members. They hire 3 more administrator to trained suchindividuals which lead to produce more appropriate and quality panel (Berman and et. al., 2012).This sector need appropriate quality equipments and raw material with highly educated humanresource as well. Human resource and proper material are two major resources with finance andnew technology which really required by such organisation. Business 3: This is a final sector industry in which all such organisation which are related withservice sector are included in it. According to present consent, they are providing call facility totheir users. Thus, their employees required two weeks to get trained properly. Process iscompletely technology based in which call recording, web based technologies are used properly. For conducting each and every business of sector, huge fund is required which work as anessential element. Along with this, proper human resource is another major element which haveto used so that chances of lack of proper services get decline. Thus, call centre business requiremore and more fund to set up the branch and its office. Along with this, proper knowledgeableindividuals whom have good command over on language play an effective role. This businesssector, also require new and modified technology so that they are going to render quality basedservices. 1.2 Key requirement to manage such resource properlyBusiness managers and owners have to utilise each and every resource in an appropriatemanner which play an positive role in maximise their product quality as well as services. Primarysector operations are related with manufacturing of crops, oil etc. These all things which arenatural in nature are consider under initial sector business. Agriculture, mining all of them areprimary sector based operations. Secondary sector business composite operations which arerelated with manufacturing of products (Employee Motivation - Expectancy Theory, 2017). Suchindustry use raw material and use new technology (machines) to convert them into furnishedgoods. The last sector includes service industry whom are providing various sort of facilities totheir client. They ultimate deal in service industry whose major objective is to maximise usersatisfaction. 2
