treating health issues for patients. BMI International is one of the leading private
healthcare providers in UK. The firm has 54 healthcare facilities and hospitals
located across UK. Human resource function is highly important for BMI
International effective treatment and caregiving of patients.
There are various human resources function which aid in attracting,
developing, retaining and rewarding skilled employees for continuous success of
business firms. Recruitment and selection, learning and development,
performance management, compensation and rewards, health and safety,
personal well-being are some of the human resource functions which are
essential for developing human capital at BMI healthcare. Human resource
function has developed to help business firms in various tasks which enhances
workforce capabilities and build human capital of the company. In this way
human resource function build skilled workforce of the business firms in the
healthcare sector which are the main contributor in smooth functioning of
business firms. This ensures attainment of business objectives along with
completion of ethical and social responsibilities of healthcare organisations.
