Executive summary
The purpose of this report is to develop the resource management plan for the expansion of
the Arden Healthcare Ltd. The report comprises of the importance of the resource
management and also the budgeting along with the proper funding analysis of the
organisation. Moreover, the planning with the SWOT, PESTLE and budgeting have done as
well. Hence, the planning is focused on the effective management of the expansion project

Resource planning is one of the most vital aspects that need to be focusedon any
project. Saade and Nijher(2016) opined that resource planning is a continued strategy that
involvesa methodical planning process in order to attain a balance in usage of the resources
of a project. This involvesthe development of an agenda that include acknowledgement of all
the facts, as well as assets required. In general, two kinds of resource plan help in the
determination of the established resource category. One that does not have any resource
restriction and types of resources that are stated by an expert which are necessary for the
completion of the project and another that involve precise resource accessibility that would
help in using the available resources as well as free up them. In the following section the
resource planning for the expansion and housing development of the mental health care of
Arden Healthcare Ltd. will be discussed with detailed reflection and planning process.

In this particular case, the use of the second resource plan needs to be adopted for
building the new housing plan for people with a mental health condition. The details that
need to be involved in this phase are planning related to economic factor, the requirement of
personnel, equipment and consultants. As per the study of Hamilton (2017), the use of
resource planning tools can be applied for understanding the start-up requirement and other
necessities that will be used for constructing the new project. The senior manager of Arden
