Further, in health care sector of United Arab Emirates (UAE), there is a basic implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Besides, it is essential to manage and integrateimportantpartsofhealthcarecentretherefore,ERPimplementationprovides opportunity to management information system to connect all the functioning department of the organisation. Hence, the implementation program will focus on delivering easy and best customer service in order to earn market stability and customer satisfaction in UAE. Real problems and solutions In United Arab Emirates, most of the health care units lack the facilities and execution that is why the ultimate motive behind implementation of ERP in health care is to make a clear overview of the activities going on in the centre. Further, the ERP helps in converting basic decisions of the health care into the productive way.The health care sector of UAE lacks the management of staff and customer services because of which most of the organisations are losing market image and also affecting the citizens (Jacoband et.al., 2010). Hence, the implementation helps in enhancing the work process and staffing of the organisation. Besides, it is important to improve the management activities of healthcare in UAE which aims at combining financial information, combining customer order information, improve the functioning of manufacturing process and human resource information within the firm and minimize inventory. The biggest problem with health care centres of UAE is they are very expensive and beyond the reach of low income class and also not serving quality health care services. Moreover, Enterprise resource planning assist in resolving the major problem of UAE healthcare which is lacking advanced technology and equipment because of which employees suffers from stress and pain as they have to manually handle the patients which impacts workers health and safety. Henceforth, according to the legislation, it is necessary for health care organisation to maintain health and safety of its staff members. Therefore, implementation of ERP in health care project became necessity in UAE (Alshamsanand et.al., 2017). Objectives The ultimate objectivebehind implementing ERP in health care project of UAE isto provide quality patient care and cost reduction. The project plan of organisation is basically
depended on implementing Enterprise resource planning because it provides easy access over quality of health care services and aids in declining of investment cost. Further, objective behind this implementation is to reduce clinical errors and increasing health care staff (El-Rufaieand Absood, 2013). Adopting the ERP system enables the use of various advanced equipment which are essential to deliver the bestpatientservices. Hence, its objective is to provide combine solutions which connect all the departments of organisation like, finance, human resource, marketing and research (Hammour, Househ and Razzak, 2017.). The major advantages of implementing the software within the heath care project of UAE are as follows: Objective is to minimize the operational cost and maximize the process efficiency which includes all the departmental functions like finance, accounts HR and many more. Implementation of IRR aims at smooth running of health care processes like radiology department, managing electronic records, patient’s registration and emergency. Financial planning which aims at maintaining profitability with patient satisfaction. The objective of implementing ERP is to reduce the paper work and enhance the maintenance of electronic records. Its motive is to provide high level of integration process among all the department's of the health care project Its implementation objective is to introduce proper system which will not be man dependent. Reduce duplicacy and provides adequate control over data. Hence, the implementation project aims at SMART objective which ensuresSpecific targetswithMeasurable consequences and uncertainties,Attainable targets,Relevant and realistic ideas andTimely completion and returns (Mahmood and et.al., 2016). Scope and targeted groups Implementation of ERP software will help the health care in enhancing the speed of workflow, overall productivity and efficiency. Scope of ERP activities in the healthcare activities are as follows: It assists in defining the business system and process. It emphasizes on training and development of activities within the heath care which are necessary to deliver quality services to patients.

Assigning responsibilities to all the employee who are involved in the implementation process and functioning of the organisation. The project manager should analyse the need of recruitment and retrenchment of staff.

Implementing new software can even be risky in terms of management so the manager should analyse the risk so that it will minimize the uncertainty.
