Respected Sir,
This mail is to bring to your notice that taking into consideration the market penetration of
today’s day and the potential of our products. I am implementing a new project as asked by our
respected operations manager with the intention to increase the brand awareness and to create a
broader product range with the intention to penetrate the international market to create more
business prospects and leads. The future action plan will be focused on markets of Hong-Kong,
Japan and Singapore.
This is to inform you, sir, that I had a meeting with the project team and the key issues that are
required to give your attention are, working hour need to be increased for which the labour cost
will also increase, there is a shortage of required raw-materials, the project requires a favourable
funding which has led to an increase in the budget of the project by more 2.3 lakh as the local
unions are demanding money for overtime work. However, Sir, we cannot proceed with such
demands without the prior approval of yours. Along with me, there will be efforts of two other
bodies, namely operations manager, the customer service manager as their supervision is
required in the project.
Therefore, I request you to please look after my concern and the project objective and allow me
to serve this firm. I hope to get a reply from your side, sir as I need your permission to proceed
further.
