humanity which is taking the place in Ukraine (Liu, and et.al., 2020). The officers sending by the

sending the Hague but it is deployed to Ukraine. it is being following from the research that

and the lawyers determine that it is the technical term qualify the case. They used genocide
because it is help in wiping out the idea to being able to in Ukrainian (Hu, and et.al., 2020).
There are many international experts where they mixing their views to standard of proof to
occurring in the Ukraine. they are required to evidence the Russia which is trying to destroy a
national group. Genocide is the term which follows the reports of thousands of civilians. The
constitute genocide is the part of proven intent which is physically destroy on the national, racial,
and ethnical level. Cultural destruction an intention to disperse a group. Individual nations
making their own determinations which is particularly incident constitute the genocide. Breitman
is believing the genocide evidence. The reports suggest to the Putin to install the puppet
government in Ukraine (Deaton, and et.al., 2020). genocide is challenging to determine it with
taking some times. It is the first war which is recognized as the international crime under the law
1946. It is also independent crime under 1948 act. Russia is committing genocide in Ukraine
which is prove the extremely difficult stage for the Russia. It is said by the President Joe Biden
that Russia’s actions are taking for the Ukraine constitute genocide which is not a legal
declaration. Genocide is occurring in Ukraine to met the standard proof. It is required the
evidence of Russia internationally where they are trying to destroy the group on the national
level. The increasing the security focus on the China arctic policy. China’s political leadership is
developing the ability to access the Arctic which is diplomatic, security imperative and

economic. It is increasing the last decade. It is concerning that Chian’s Arctic strategy is often
the Russian militarization Arctic has dual threat. The article is publicly available the overall data

is help to express and explain the person’s point of view. RCMP is sending the investigators or
officers to help the Hague to probe allegations of Ukraine’s war crime. It is help to support the
criminal court which are against from the humanity. It is help to support the investigations on the
international level. It has been analyzed that Russia is committing genocide in Ukraine which is
proving the overall committing genocide is extremely difficult because of the Russia’s war crime
that are against with the humanity. The constitute genocide proven as the intent part of the
experts. It is become the clear because the Russian president, Putin try to wiping out the overall
decisions and idea is able to the Ukrainian. It has been analysis that increasing the security is
help to focus on the China’s Arctic Policy which is the advantage for the China and their policy.
Increasing the security help to save the overall system at the international level which is the good
thing for the China’s Arctic policy.
