1RESPONSE POST Response Post on Blue Spider Project After analyzing the student post I have realized that change management is one of the most important project management knowledge areas that plays critical role in project success. In order to exhibit project characteristics and other related key requirements the importance of change management activities are elaborated successfully. The way through which change management deals with project management integral needs are also clearly mentioned in this post. The five stages of project change management are elaborated successfully. In order to execute project change activities communication between associates is very important and that is also discussed specifically on the basis of project case. I found that how chosen Blue Spider project needs to implement change management activities to avoid the problems the organization faced are properly elaborated. These key issues can lead the Blue Spider project towards major failure however, with successful change management plan theses issues can also be resolved and that is also elaborated successfully throughout the student post. It is identified that the required materials used for the design purpose are needed to be operated not above 130°F. Due to this reason how the project faced operational issue that are also elaborated in this discussion student post. However, insufficient communication between associates, absence of proper formal schedule, improper presentation of project finance report, messy task dependencies are the other issues faced by Blue Spider Project. These are not mentioned and illustrated like the materials related one. I think that these issues were also needed to be added to make the post more realistic and accurate.
