This memo is to make employees aware of the new company policy on internet use. The general rules of internet
Responsible and productive use of the internet is expected of all employees.
No personal social media activities are allowed on company computers. Major social media sites will be blocked and restricted on company computers.
Other not-safe-for-work websites are blocked and restricted on company computers.
Personal emails may be utilized to handle personal business only.
Work-related information should only be discussed on the company email assigned to you.
Electronic communications are subject to monitoring. Employees must sign consent forms.
Any illegal activities (including illegal downloading of any file, pornographic, obscene, profane, discriminatory) will be punishable by law and by the company.
