INTRODUCTION This report focuses on roles and responsibilities of health and social care settings. This report help in understanding about different advisory in health and social care settings. There are different health care and social care settings which includes hospital, outpatient clinic, clinical lab etc. This report help in understanding the benefits of effective health and social care settings. This report also provides information how health and social care settings can be improved and different measures which can be taken for effective implementation of health and social care settings (Morley and Cashell, 2017). MAIN BODY Roles and responsibilities and health and social care settings. A health and social care health worker plays an important role in the society. They create a positive impact in their surroundings through their duties. The roles and responsibilities of a health and social workers are as discussed below- The health and social care workers aims to aid the family members in situations of need. They work for resolving the conflicts in various relationship. They work to provide help to the old aged and the people with mental disabilities. The social and health care workers perform dutiesinvolvingcopingupwiththedrugoralcoholaddictsandfacilitatethemtothe rehabilitation centres. Apart from the duties discussed above, the social and health care workers have various rights which they can perform in order to make their roles and responsibilities effective and efficient. The social and health care workers have a right to intervene in the family or private matters in case an individual feels threatened from the harm being caused. The workers aim to promote human development and security (Liberman, 2017). They work to encourage social inclusion and healthy participation during the normal course of action. The social and health care workers work in order to help children facing emotional shortcomings or who have special needs. They also work to establish the independence and dignity of the adults and the old aged people. A working relationship is a relationship which involves rules and code of conductand it is necessary to follow them. In a personal relationship there are no specific rules or guidance. 3

The role of regulators and advisors within health and social care As per this, the role of advisor and regulator within an healthcare is vital because they use to prepare plan and strategies in such a way which provide beneficial recommendation in the patient compliance. In context with this, the regulatory affairs and their specialist help to assist in obtaining and maintain government approval for the drug, medical devices, nutritional product and various apparatus which is used in such a way which help to create comfortability in patient recovery.
