those industry which is always in demand by the consumers and it contains products for
daily needs and because of this reason I order to meet the demand of the customers the
retail industry needs human resource as well(Broadbridge, Maxwell, & Ogden, 2007).

faced by the companies in the retaining and attracting the quality that people present in the
target market. The lack of career advancement and the opportunities for development is one
of the most important reason because of the which the people do not prefer employing under
this sector or the industry (Yousaf, Sanders, & Yustantio, 2018).
Apart from this there is also a correlation among the store ambience and the design along
with the demography of the client such as their age, number of family members in the family,
income and frequency of their purchase. And since the retail industry is vast, It has also been
able to classify that there has been opposing levels of gratification and enjoyment among
regular clienteles as well (Duong, 2016).

as well as retain employees in the activities of the organization because of which they
become very less competitive in the industry , another main issues is the repetition of the

makes it difficult for the organization to attract or retain the employees on a regular basis.
The retail sector globally earns a good share in the market, but it also need to maintain the
competitiveness by recruiting good and qualifies employees and retain them as well. The
