REVERSE COOKING CHAT APP Individual Report 1. Team Work Team work is an important for working together towards the development of project. High quality of team effort leads to success towards the project. Based on the current project and working in team, there could be an analysis of strengths and weaknesses of the team approach (Ramazani and Jergeas 2015). This could directly make an effect towards the quality of team work. The strengths of the team that have been analysed during working for the present project are: 1. During working for this project, we had maintained and sorted a project plan that would have been able to guide the team throughout the entire project scenario (Lindsjørnet al. 2016). This plan was developed by us to maintain integrity during the processes of work. 2. We also had active listeners who were equally responsible for dealing with the communications that were been made within the team. The team leader were directing us on different activities. We were active in listening to those advices and were thus working accordingly to help the team in achieving the goal for the project. We had listened to the concerns of our project manager and had actively made the tasks in that manner. 3. Active participation of our team members was another major success criteria within our team that had helped in framing the idea of team work (Aga, Noorderhaven and Vallejo 2016). Our team members were active in listening to the advices produced by other team members and thus putting major efforts in completing the work within the stipulated time frame.
REVERSE COOKING CHAT APP The team members were assigned their own particular task and they had to complete the assigned task within a particular time frame. This had also ensured that the project remains in track and meets all the necessary deadlines. 4. We also had an efficient leader who was responsible for directing us throughout the entire scene of the project development phase (Chan 2014). The team leader had showed their exclusive leadership skills to bind us together and getting things to be done in the proper way. During the project phase, there was a high need for a leader who would be able to guide the entire team. The team leader had developed a strategy to guide the entire team and make progress towards the success of the project. We were also concerned about meeting the set deadlines by the team leader and thus meeting with the objectives of the project. The weaknesses that could be found during the working within the team were: 1. There were some members within the team who were indulged in blaming the other team member for their own faults (Svalestuenet al.2015). This had become a challenging task for the team leader to focus on the delivery of the project while also resolving the grudges between the members. 2. Although the project could be performed as per the requirements and within the concerned time period, however there were some circumstances in which some of the team members were not entirely dedicated towards working. 3. There were some people within the team who were excellent in providing new ideas towards the development of the project. However, at certain times this situation would change and this would lead to a clash of ideas (Morley, Cormican and Folan 2015). The team members

This would lead to a situation of imbalance and affected the project. Based on the discussion over the analysis of strengths and weaknesses of the team work, some of the approaches or techniques that could have been used during performing of the work are: 1. The leader of the team should have proper control and sole responsibility to manage the entire team. The decisions that need to be taken for conducting the work should be given by the team leader. 2. The vision and objectives of the project need to be set prior to the initiation of the project. The team members should understand the objectives and thus develop their personal skills to help in achieving the success rate for the project. 3. The team members should undergo some kind of training that would help in enhancing their skills. They should also be more focused towards putting their right efforts into the project. 2. User Stories One of the concerning challenge during the software development phase is the task for gathering of requirements and also to ensure that these requirements would remain unaffected duringthecodedevelopmentphase. However, withthehelpofanagileapproach, the development of user stories have been defined properly. Some of the major advantages of writing user stories by making use of the agile methods are:
REVERSE COOKING CHAT APP 1. By writing user stories with the help of agile methodology, the needs for the project are broken down into several steps and procedures (Linet al.2014). These are subdivided into several features or tasks that could be further implemented. 2. The time taken for delivery of the project by following the user stories could be made short and precise. This could also take a few hours or days depending on the strength of user stories and complexity of the project (Salah, Paige and Cairns 2014). By writing user stories with the help of an agile methodology, there could be early rate of returns. It would also help in reducing the net amount on investment that might be put by the organization. The ROI for the project also begins to increase on a significant basis. 3. By writing user stories in a better manner, it helps in connecting with the user and also deliver a better kind of customer value. The use of agile methodology would also help in collaborating with the end users (Lucassenet al.2015). With this aspect of writing user stories, the team members would be able to directly connect with the end users for the purpose of identifying their challenges, perspective, opportunities and pain points. 4. With the writing of good user stories, it would give a way to users to collaborate with the development team concerned with the project. The use of agile technique would also help the users to connect with users based on proper planning, implementing and delivering high form of customer value. In the process of writing of user stories, the team members would get highly encouraged as they would get the idea for the development of product or service (Ayed, Vanderose and Habra 2014). The discussion supported would also allow different perspectives and thus provide the team with an innovative and creative way to understand the needs of customers.
REVERSE COOKING CHAT APP 5. The agile methodology helps in boosting of transparency within the team members, stakeholdersandproductowner.Theorderofwritingofuserstoriescreatealevelof transparency about the priorities of product owner and the customer segment that would be addressed (Pope-Ruark 2015). Without a clear level of transparency within the user stories, there might be problems in delivering a proper solution to the end user. Increase in the level of transparency between the end user and the development team or management team would be of great help towards the design of the application. There might be some situations in which the end user would be able to guide the guide the entire project or might rectify their services. They might also provide suggestions in improving some lacking areas that might be identified by them. The disadvantages that might be faced during the development of user stories with the help of agile methodology are: 1. There might be some problems based on the needs of compliance. In most of the cases, the user stories would not be able to suffice to the needs of user. 2. The agile methodology of writing user stories would not suit itself to be possible during the knowledge transfer between team members. The writing of user stories would not turn fruitful in such cases (Roveret al.2014). Repeated change in the team members would lead to inefficiency within the team in understanding the requirement of the user. 3.Minimumdetailingwithintheuserrequirementsleadtoseveraldifferent interpretations within the user stories. It might happen that the involved team members might miss on some detailed conversations. This might lead to errors during the writing of user stories by using the agile methodology.

REVERSE COOKING CHAT APP 3. Stakeholders Stakeholder managementis an importantconcern in the recenttimes. During the development of the concerned project, it was a major responsibility to design the stakeholder list and a well-established communication plan for the service. The design of communication plan is extremely necessary to handle the vast number of communications that are been made between the team members and the concerned stakeholders within the project (Bourne 2016). Based on defining of the stakeholder communication plan and the stakeholder list, the advantages and disadvantages could be discussed. The advantages of the inclusion of stakeholders list within this project are that it helps in identifying the persons who are responsible for handling the project. In the current project for the development of the application, each of the stakeholders have been defined. The desired power and influence for each stakeholders have also been defines, which has proved to be helpful for gaining a clear understanding over their responsibilities towards the project. The main interests of each of the stakeholders have also been defined. However, the primary disadvantage of the stakeholder list is that the names of each of the concerned stakeholders have not been defined. This would create a problem for the future maintenance of the project (Bryson 2018). Without a proper mention of name of each of the stakeholders, it would be difficult to keep a track of each stakeholders if needed for future work of maintenance on the project. The advantages that the stakeholder communication plan provides to the report are: 1. The stakeholder management plan discusses about the interests of each of the stakeholders within the project. This area has been clearly understood. This would be of great
REVERSE COOKING CHAT APP help for the project manager or team leader to identify the people who would be working within the team (Kim 2014). They would also be able to report to the proper person in order to deal with some issue. 2. Another major advantage of the mentioned stakeholder communication plan within the report is that it provides a brief overview over the influence and power that is exercised over the stakeholders. The project manager would be able to judge the concerned stakeholder by knowing their level of expertise and their holding of power within the project (Gregory 2015). During the development of the project, there might some situation where the project manager might need some person to do a particular task. This stakeholder communication plan would thus help them to get the right person to help in doing the task in a diligent manner. The disadvantages of the mentioned stakeholder communication plan in this report are: 1. The names of the stakeholders have not been mentioned clearly. This would create a problem for the project manager as they would not be able to recognise the particular stakeholder from the entire group of people. A proper mention of each of the names of the stakeholder would be helpful for gaining a clear understanding of the project manager to keep a track on the working progress of every individual. 2. The estimated budget that would be allocated to each of the concerned stakeholder or stakeholder group have not been defined. This would create a problem in paying of money to the stakeholders after the completion of the project. Without a proper estimation of budget and allocation list of budget to the proper stakeholders, the project manager would not be able to pay to each stakeholder involved within the project. Hence, the budget should be made during the estimation of stakeholder list and the number of resources required within the project.
