expensive process. This plant requires continuous up-gradation in order to operate

Government grants lease for coal plants. Natural gas plays a major role in
standardising the process of power generated plants. Electrical company adopt
various cost-effective techniques to increase their profitability. Reduced prices of
natural gas have encouraged industries to utilise natural gas in the power
generation process. If the low price of natural gas continues, this will reduce
expenses of other resources included by Shwartz (2017). Increase in the production
of gas resulted in the growth of renewable resources. Renewable of energy is
simple and easy. Wind and solar industries consist of a major part in the economy.
In order to organise power sector markets, it is important to adopt renewable
resources in process of power generation.

most important component of any business. is the indicator of overall success and
development of the organisation. It plays an important role in managing functions
and activities of the business. The growth of an organisation depends upon the size
of the market it captures. Loans can be short term or long term depends upon the
requirement of the company. When a company raise funds through debt it is
important to analyse the schedule of repayment. I have also learnt that there
various factors, which are affected by the process of financing. The organisation has
obligation to repay back the money it has borrowed. I have found that the company
generally repay their money in instalments. Whereas the equity financing
organisation are under no obligation to return money in instalments.

Human development plays a major role in the growth and development of an
individual. From this project, I have learned that human resource management help

Innovation help in increasing the productivity of the organisation by implementing
the new process. From this project, I have learned that innovation has various
benefits that help in increasing the performance of employees. This is the key
strategy adopted by an organisation to achieve success. I have found that
innovation reduces the cost of operation and help in increasing the market share of
the company. Innovation deals with modification in existing product or process
according to the demands of customer's. This provides help people to solve their
problems. Failure in the process of innovation can lead to loss of company share in
the market. Innovation help business to gain competitive advantage.
Implementation of this strategy depends upon the type of business we are
operating. From this project, I have found that innovation help in increasing
revenue of business and it also increase the overall profitability of the organisation.
The business environment is dynamic in nature it changes according to the need of
customer's. To satisfy customer's, requirement, company adopt innovative
strategies.

This project concludes with the importance of reverse engineering in the
mechanical and electrical engineering field. The company adopt various leadership
skills to increase the productivity of the organisation. CENTLEC Company has
adopted the VUCA style of leadership. VUCA stands for volatile, uncertain, complex
and ambiguous. CENTLEC follow cost-effective competitive strategies. Blue ocean
describe the holistic and realistic face of competition. Blue oceans refer to where
the market has the least numbers of competitors. This provides the company with
the various type of competitive advantages. Business is dynamic in nature. It
changes according to the needs of customers. They demand different types of
