trends in emerging market. CENTLEC company understand the cause and
effect relationship as most of the customers migrated to renewable energy
such as Photovoltaic. Leaders in CENTLEC analyse the attitude of the
customer's towards specific products and implement different strategies in
order to improve the services rendered. As per the Sugimoto (2017)

applicable in all fields like mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, etc.
CENTLEC Company performs this process for several reasons. Their main goal is to
analyse the design of the product and service of distributing electricity. This help

CENTLEC divide customer's on the basis of their nature, attitude and preferences.

According to Harran (2016) leaders, target customer's on basis of this division.
Customers are generally segmented on the basis of new segmented needs, buying
patterns, etc. other competitive organisations focus on lower end customers. These
strategies help customers in moving to a profitable position. CENTLEC provide order
online facilities to their customers. These techniques help in minimising the serving
cost of customers. Many customers are attracted towards lower cost strategies.
Organisation gets various valuable opportunities to increase the profitability of the
business. Leaders consider alternative growth opportunities related to the core of the
business. In order to minimise the risk leaders adopt effective growth strategies.
Leaders identify various threats in adjacent to options related to growth. Effective
utilisation of resources helps in delivering the high value of services to customer's

Consumers demand reshaping power sector. Organisation accumulates all
renewable resources and uses them in process of power generation. Solar and wind

sectors have experienced an increase in decarbonisation because of flexible rules

electricity. As per the Hodosh (2015), environmental regulation has increased
because of the reduced price of natural gas. Establishing a coal plant is a very

natural gas have encouraged industries to utilise natural gas in the power
generation process. If the low price of natural gas continues, this will reduce

In order to organise power sector markets, it is important to adopt renewable
resources in process of power generation.
Rebalancing of energy supply and demand leading to new worldwide security.
Geospatial shifts, a new distribution of powers and energy trade flows will create
challenges and opportunities for energy security.
Electrification will improve the ability of the metro to meet climate goals, optimise

Changes in consumer preference have forced industries to adopt policies like
installation of smart meters, sensors, etc. innovation in technology allow two-way

strategies.
7. Conclusion
This project concludes with the importance of reverse engineering in the
mechanical and electrical engineering field. The company adopt various leadership
skills to increase the productivity of the organisation. CENTLEC Company has
adopted the VUCA style of leadership. VUCA stands for volatile, uncertain, complex
and ambiguous. CENTLEC follow cost-effective competitive strategies. Blue ocean
describe the holistic and realistic face of competition. Blue oceans refer to where
the market has the least numbers of competitors. This provides the company with
the various type of competitive advantages. Business is dynamic in nature. It
changes according to the needs of customers. They demand different types of
20
products and services. Suppliers supply products to satisfy the desire of the
customer. This project also states that innovation plays a major role in the growth
and development of the organisation.
