Introduction
RA is defined as Rheumatoid arthritis which is 2nd highest common kind of arthritis in
Australia. It is a chronic illness and autoimmune which improve disturbance of synovial
tissues (Cools & Isaacs, 2011). It is estimated that the problem of RA has increased very
fast and in year 2010 around 3.8 million people were suffered from this disease.
Srivastava, patel, sing and Singh (2017) describes that females are more vulnerable to
Rheumatoid arthritis and the number of RA women are more than the number of men.
At the time of my clinical assignment, I observed one case of this disease for which I
provided nursing care and I was more curious to learn about this health disorder. The
main objective of this project report is to understand the impact of RA on human body
system and evaluate prevention methods for this disease.

Bearne, Manning, Choy, Scott and Hurley, (2017) are very much distributed scientists
who are partnered with King's College London, School of Population Sciences and
Health Services Research, Faculty of Life Sciences and Medicine, Guy's Campus. The
main goal of this research paper is to provide complete information about problem of
RA which involves upper extremities physical activities in home. In this article author
used qualitative data analysis process and he comprised around 12 females participants
in a survey whose age between 32 and 87. A single research was developed in which
interviews of RA patients were conducted, recorded, and analysed the issue of RA in
Australia. This subjective meeting reports encounter looked by the members of RA to
develop the certainty of self-administration freely. Taking everything into account,
instruction in regards to work out, preparing for individuals with RA program executes
the requirements and oversee RA adopted. It is observed that people does not eat
healthy deist byu which RA and other health issues develop and if they follow complete
diet and exercise plan than they can avoid many health disorder.
Justifying the Evidence
The articles picked that best answer the subject of best administration hones through
wellbeing instruction to keep from RA in ladies were very much outlined case control or
companion contemplate (Tedeschi et al., 2017), partner examine (Stanmore et al., 2013)
and deliberate survey or meta-amalgamation of subjective investigations (Bearne,
Manning, Choy, Scott and Hurley, 2017).
By using level 4 well-designed case study it is observed that there are ain two factors
which are leading the problem of RA such as unhealthy diets and lack of exercise. There
are 20 specific food were famous in inflammatory properties for example, milk, cheese,
red meat, tomatoes, eggplant and other and some anti- inflammatory properties such as
fish, spinach, blueberries, chocolate, red wine and so on. This type of programm can
improve the nature of framework (Schneider, Whitehead, LoBiondo-Wood & Haber,
2016). The main advantage of this research study is that it focuses on the problem of RA
and impact of unhealthy diets on the human body system. Moreover, the main limitation
of this paper is that author did not provide impact of this health issue on people body
system. Their outcome (Tedeschi et al., 2017) demonstrate that among 300 members,

that sustenance influences their RA side effects including the revealed rate of change
and declining were 15% and 19% separately.
Stanmore et al., (2013) directed a well-designed case study which is based on RA
disease and in which around 539 people participated and they provide connection
between risk factors and community adults. According to Stanmore, almost 386 patients
were female and rest of 173 were male that completed 1 year in the field of RA illness.
Moreover, this research paper indicates that age and sex are not only related with RA
health disorder but multiple falls in 1 year are also play a significant role in RA
(Schneider, Whitehead, LoBiondo-Wood & Haber, 2016). The main benefit of this study
is that it is large response rate and the validated determinant systems are used to store
sample of RA risk factors. The main drawback of this study is that patients are very
moderate by which they cannot able to care their health. According to author, modified
factors can be managed by decreasing the risk factors of RA and it is very best strategy
for RA patient. Therefore, people can adopt various type of health programmes and
policies to avoid this type of problem because it is very common problem which is
increasing very fast.
Bearne, Manning, Choy, Scott and Hurley, (2017) research indicates that the health
education, upper extremely training programmes and self-managements process can
help to improve human health and disability. In this report an interview of RA patient
was conducted and analysed the problem of chronic illness. There are many health
programmes developed by which women can improve their diets and exercise and they
can avoid this type or health problem. This interview also provides complete
information about RA and problems associated with patients. In conclusion, people can
avoid the issue of RA by eating healthy diets and foods.
According to result of some research there is a correlation between the goal of current
study and outcomes of these research study. However, this types report suggests the
good practice system by using health strategy and education that is very important for
females to reduce the issue of RA Tedeschi et al., 2017, Stanmore et al., 2013, Bearne,

The obstructions of EBP in accomplishment of RA administration includes various
factors such as time utilization, lack of resources to find risk factors, absence of
