opportunity or challenge for the development of international order. It has seen that, China has
become challenging in their international order both in the pacific and global region. In order
facts, the China which has Beijing has become more dramatic for undertaking the liberal policies
to trade in Us which is supported by the Japan. It has identified that, China has bad terms with
the US due to political interference and rivals. It has caused serious issues for the companies who
are working at international level. This essay is going to represent the three trade theory which
contributes to the effective development in the rising potential.
MAIN BODY
TASK
Does the rise of China present a challenge or an opportunity for the Development of international
order?
International trade becomes the most significant revenue source for the China. There has
been several development took place in the international orders supported by China In different
countries. The reforms and international market policy is always opens a door for the outside
trade market (Norrlof, 2018). The political arena has caused many defects due to which the
government has began with the open door policy for China in order to achieve economic growth
through the involvement of foreign capital and technology through being committed to the
society. The Chinese government has put restrictions as well in trading freely across borders. it is
one of the leading country that has high interference of international orders and many business
are connected to it. One of the positive implication of the development in international order is to
rise in the economy and national incomes. Apart from this, negative impact are also encountered
in the which is connected with the living standards of the people in China.
The rise in international orders are lead to make regional disparities, income gap and the
society differences in the rich and poor. The control of the economy is creates highly necessary
performance which has leading poverty issues. It has seen that, the income is relatively high for
the urban households and municipalities which shows the low income of the households that has
poor provinces (Cooley, and Nexon, 2020). As per the theoretical perspective of the China rise in

international order, there are various trade theories that are classical and country based which is
necessary for the country's wealth (Hameiri, and Jones, 2018). The major theory is
Mercantilism which has caused the efforts which derive the economic growth through
undertaking their gold and silver rates. It shows that, the country needs to be a value in trade
surplus. It would be done through having high number of exports in which business are buying
from the china to sell in their countries. Whereas, high imports means they sell to the China and
the difference amount needs to be paid in gold and solver. When imports are greater than the
exports, it creates the situation of trade deficit in which the value of other countries product is
high. This theory impact on the Chinese market which has still this regulation to avoid imports
and give rise to the export. The situation of trade surplus is necessary to hold the availability of
goods from the international market. The rise of China trade is lead to create the articulation of
the opportunity. There is necessity of the functional aspect that creates necessaries of involving a
fair trade.
Therefore, the China has lead to make new strategies to get rid of these situations. They
have utilised the Mercantilism theory which has utilised in order to enlarge the national
institutions in which the country take actions to grow their gold and silver saving. For that
instance, the exports are promoted by putting restrictions on the imports (Yan, 2018). The
strategy used by the name of protectionism which is still taken into considerations by the China.
It is one of the popular and widely used trade theory that becomes a part of modern thinking. In
the huge competition, the application of these effective and modern theory are vital to be the best
apart from the rest. China is still in favour of enhancing exports rather than the imports. The
restriction on the import results in the pay price for the consumers by which they need for pay
more to purchase imported goods. This shows that, the China is becoming creating opportunities
for their people as they restrict import through which consumer will not have to pay high price
and take advantage of own country goods. It has ascertain that, when value of the import will be
high, it will give rise to the situation of the ascertained behaviour that creates an overall
distribution of the wealth. It plays a vital role in creating the wealth of economy that leads to
give colonial subtraction of the expenses wholly spend by the country (Eilstrup-Sangiovanni,
Mand Hofmann, 2020). China has attained great reputation into market through serving their
goods and services across worldwide level. The strategy of protectionism leads to emphasize on
this believe that import must be well settled which will ascertain that the wealth need to be

generate effectively. Also, there is requirement of the massive influence of the society which
give rise to effective cooperation in the economy. The foreign investment is led to set an
appropriate investment through which the business practices also gets encouraged. The conflicts
arises at country to county that showcase the impact on working of China. In the recent time of
Covid-19, the China is facing challenges rather than opportunity in order to international trade.
For that instance, the business has shift their focus on the trade restriction and provide goods and
services at a time.
The other theory is absolute advantage in which an update has been regraded on the
mercantile theory. By performing many change, this theory is developed by the smith. As per
this, the trade should not be restricted and regulated by government policy and interventions. The
trade needs to be regulated as per the market forces and there should not be any consequences
will be entertain. The more business will out efforts in trading whether in import and export, the
more all the countries will maintain good relations among them. They could take advantage of
the work specialisation from the other countries through which the production will become great
and productive (Johnston, 2019). The resources, production techniques and labours will be
utilise effectively. It shows that, by rise in China international order, the country do not give
opportunities to the other countries and only looking for their own benefits. Therefore, it only
gives rise to the poverty, income gaps and impact on the living standards of the people. So, the
China is facing challenges which leads to create impact on the living standards of its people. The
comparative advantage theory suggest that, there is requirement of the countries better
performance of both the countries which requires improvement in their goods and services. As
per this, the China would have better opportunity if they are required to set better standards for
involving the imports along with the exports. There is requirement of the creation in better
policies of importing and exporting that will leverage the performance of the company. The
China has shown rise in their revenue and international orders for the exports but simultaneously,
they have not shown any contribution in importing due to trade freely. There is requirement of
the absolute changes in the workplace environment which foster their communication and better
relations at international borders (Zhou, and Esteban, 2018). When government make the trade
free by eliminating all the intervention and set the business free. This shows that, better product
needs would be identified and China could maintain good relations with others as well. In the
recent history, China does not have well established terms with outside market due to having a

lot of barriers and opposition of the businesses. There is requirement of the wealth creation that
showcase that the country is undertaking better development.
The another theory which is Comparative advantage has put focus on the capability
and specialisation of both the countries to take its advantage. For example, if China is taking
concern about the export and import of goods by it will cost high prices for the people of China,
this problems gets resolve through taking advantage of the most essential factors of specification
and use of sources in both the countries. The challenge which has identified that is better
producing the goods in both the countries. The economist suggest that, when both the countries
have advantage of the specialisation, then the trade will be easy and effective for the national
income of the economy. This shows that the China needs to undertake effective advantage of the
comparative theory by utilising the resources with most appropriate use. There are a lot of
difference occurs in both of the theoretical perspective. There are high level of uncertainties
which occurs at productivity (Ikenberry, 2018). It has seen that, the countries does not only
involve two country interference as it has many outlook and trade polices with others as well.
When people are specialised in their tasks and activities they become relatively better in the
appropriate productivity level. It shows that, specialisation plays a crucial role in get the best
outcome from putting the inputs. Therefore, the China does not have much specialisation of their
labour market as their products are most significantly durable and best quality. There are several
barriers which has also demonstrated the challenges for the China (Morrison, 2019). The
economy is complex in reality that have transportation, cost and modes of distribution. The
comparative advantage theory is that, they may lead to set the conflicts and association with the
other groups. It creates a comparison of product being produced by the differences where the
relativity is highly important. Therefore, it is required and essential for the economy to take
advantage of the goods from both perspective. A country is being trade at almost large platforms
which rise to many multinational countries which are taking extensive rise in present. Due to
government liberalisation, opportunities are also involved at China to trade freely with foreign
market. For that instance, the necessary requirements of the trade are required that must be
settled in well manner (Nordin, and Weissmann, 2018). Comparative advantage will provide
differentiation of the countries that does not involve best practices and China has abundant
operations from them. It will create the competition that will surely fulfil the specific targets in
authority. The problem arrives here is about the trade policy which is becoming challenge for the

country as they could not able to enable the international trade at its best policies which involves
relevant outgoing of goods in the market. Therefore, it related to the planning In the great
strategies that have contributed into China trade policy.
CONCLUSION
The report has concluded that, there is requirement of effective policies of the trade in
international order. China is the most prominent country in trading globally which has give rise
to both import and export. Therefore, it has shown that the required behaviour is of basic
necessity to trade freely without putting restrictions. It will be effective for the country to utilise
the theoretical perspective for the utilisation of country's resources and their labour market.
Therefore, when it gets analyse through the mode of international trade. There is requirement of
the necessity in which the China take better decision for both the country.
