This paper discusses project risk management techniques and strategies for chemical weapons inventory project. It covers the five steps of risk management, including risk identification, analysis, evaluation, control, and monitoring. It also explores two expert judgement techniques, Delphi and brainstorming, along with their advantages, disadvantages, and biases. Additionally, it discusses the 10 golden rules of risk management and techniques for risk identification. The paper concludes with a case study on Menlyn Park Shopping Centre expansion project.
