2RIVERINA AGRICULTURAL LIFESTYLE SHOW (RALS)Project overviewThis paper defines the importance of development of new online ticket booking systemfor delivery as per the expectation of the owners and to meet the requirements of the consumers.The online ticket booking system is arranged for Riverina agriculture lifetime Show (RALS)organized by the local business named as Virtucon and Globex Company. A show for 3 days hasbeen arranged by Globex Company to make discussion about the agriculture equipments,suppliers and about the other lifetime products. In order to make the show successful andbeneficial from the business and consumers perspectives it is necessary to deal accurately withthe liver program display, volunteers and catering services as well.The concepts for this show was generated the year of 2000 and from that time onwardsthe show us being carried out by the company. In order to reduce the work pressure from themembers associated to the project a Measurable Organizational Value (MOV), time schedule andWork Breakdown Structure (WBS) is also developed which is elaborated in this report. Due toinappropriate capital investment, thecompany might fail to meet the aim andgoal of the project.
